Corporate Entertainment Testimonial- Xactware

Xactware's Holiday Party

Another trip to Salt Lake City and another great show for Jason Hewlett Events!  This one was for Xactware, a company that provides estimating software for insurance restoration and remodeling.  I had the privilege of performing my full show, as well as hosting their “Evening with the Stars” Awards Ceremony.

“Xactware employees are still laughing about your show.  You were fantastic!  Thank you so much for coming.  I hope your experience with Xactware was as great on your end as it was for us.”

-Karlyn Norton, Director, Human Resources

Las Vegas Show – Legends in Concert at Harrah’s

For over a quarter of a century, the top-elite of tribute artists have found their preferred venue in the “Legends in Concert” show at The Theater. The ultimate homage to the world’s most iconic entertainment personalities, the Las Vegas show features an ever-changing cast of instantly recognizable superstars. Dolly Parton, Madonna, The Temptations, or Barry White may make an appearance — even the King himself has been known to gyrate his way onstage for a few numbers.

Marcel Forestieri’s Jay Leno serves as host and comic relief for the evening, displaying shades of his genuine counterpart as he livens up the crowd with hysterical commentary on current events. As the evening progresses, entertainers long-gone or out of reach return to the stage in a brilliant sequence of tributes that tap into the best memories and performances produced by the brightest and best talents that ever were. For a Vegas show whose heart contains the words “thank you,” the gratitude is delivered in an emotional and powerful package that leaves its mark on the people who understand its core message. This family-friendly show delivers the whole package, celebrating the great ones, their impact on us, and the budding superstars inside of us all.

Corporate Entertainment Testimonial- JHewlett Events

“As an Entertainer I have traveled the world making a living doing something most only dream of.  I have been so blessed to give a smile to a stranger and spread some joy in this world while having this also be my profession.  In my travels I have enjoyed sharing the stage with the talents of many performers, from the hit-or-miss of a cruise ship showman, to Grammy winning singers, to the show-stopping grandeur of Las Vegas headliners.

I can honestly say I appreciate all forms of entertainment; the talent and hard work which goes into a well placed comedy line, the mastery of improvisation, and the art of creating an experience the audience will rarely forget.  As my career has morphed from a corporate entertainer into a referral source for repeat clients and now a full-fledged talent agent, I am as picky as ever with whom I refer to clients that trust me.

I have chosen a select few artists that I can guarantee will not only please any audience but will “KILL” as we say.  I have found this in Jeff Civillico.  Not only is he professional as a businessman, charitable as a philanthropist, but he is one of the best one-man show performers in the world working today.  His charisma, timing, audience involvement, appearance, attitude, flexibility, and integrity add up to make him the premier act to book.  His show crosses all demographics, language barriers, and audience preferences.  He ranks among the Greats in the all encompassing category of “Entertainer” and lives up to every expectation.

The clients I have referred him to return to me as if I have struck gold.  He makes me look good as an agent.  I consider him to be one of my secret weapons and am grateful to recommend him to any buyer that is wondering, “Why would we want someone that juggles?”  Juggling is an amazing feat that he does incredibly well, but it is a supplement to a greater experience of improvisational comedy, audience participation culture building, even inspiration, that will leave your audience begging for more of the incomparable Jeff Civillico.

My suggestion: Book him while you can still afford him!”

Las Vegas Show – Tournament of Kings at Excalibur

Proud knights and fair maidens from lands near and far are cordially invited to attend the world-renowned “Tournament of Kings,” Vegas’ homage to the legends and lore of the Middle Ages.  From the time you enter the Excalibur hotel — by way of a drawbridge spanning a protective moat — you’ll forget the worries of your own world and experience the pleasures of a far-away land where jousting, fireworks, dancing maidens, invading armies and a total lack of silverware bring together the incredible Las Vegas show that time forgot.

Young squires and seamstresses should heed the call as well, as the Tournament is a family-friendly show open to all those who long to immerse themselves in the visceral passions of medieval life’s most exciting cultural events.  Your choice of seating will determine where your loyalties lie, and which noble knight to cheer on as he races horses, jousts and engages in deadly swordplay toward the honor of you and yours.  No such Las Vegas show would be complete without the appearances of Merlin the Magician, the Dark Knight Mordred and even the court’s humble jester — and don’t forget to try the Dragon’s Blood soup.

Holiday Party Entertainment For Allmand Bros, Inc.

the Younes Conference Center in Kearney, NE

The last stop on my 10-day 2011 holiday party road trip was in Kearney, NE… 3 hours outside of Omaha.  I performed for Allmand Bros, Inc. at their holiday party at the Younes Conference Center.

I think I made the joke about being a “Carnie in Kearney” at least 3 times on stage :)

On December 10, 2011 Jeff Civillico entertained for our company Christmas Celebration.  He was very energetic, creative and man can he juggle!!!  The show was great, we liked that he involved people from the audience, both young people and adults, as everyone down deep wants to be the center of attention!  He kept the audience’s attention and received rave reviews from everyone… which is sometimes tough with our group.  Jeff is very easy to work with and we would invite him back to Nebraska anytime!  We will be recommending him to other companies for entertainment.

Gayle Sutherland, HR Manager, Allmand Bros., Inc.

Holiday Party Entertainment For US Synthetic

on a massive stage in Salt Lake City for US Synthetic

There are some gigs you never forget!  Not only was the sheer size of this event in Salt Lake City thrilling, but I was able to share the stage with 2 of my friends in the business… such a nice treat when it happens.

with the crazy talented Jason Hewlett and Preston Pugmire

Preston Pugmire is an unbelievably talented singer / songwriter / guitarist / looping artist.  Do yourself a favor and download a free song of Preston’s at http://prestonpugmire.com/music  *My personal favorite is “Headphones.”

And Jason Hewlett towers above the rest at the top of the corporate market as one of the most sought after entertainers, emcees, and keynote speakers out there.  Thanks guys!

Las Vegas Showbiz Party

On December 8th, in the middle of a 10-day corporate holiday party tour, I will fly back to Las Vegas for the 2011 Showbiz Holiday Party, and then fly right back out the next morning.

Why would I come home just for a party?  Because I want to support the hard work that Marc Savard, Andy Walmsley, and Catherine Hickland are doing to bring the Las Vegas community of performers together.

There are so many performers here in Vegas, but very few events or organizations that foster relationship-building among us.  The hosts deserve a lot of credit for bringing the  Vegas entertainment community together on a regular basis with these “Showbiz Parties.”  They manage the database, organize the venue, and foot the bill!

Thanks to Marc, Andy, and Catherine for what I’m sure will be another great time!  We appreciate it.

Meet the hosts:

1) Marc Savard – Curious volunteers have the experience of their lives as they find themselves surrendering to the sound of Marc’s voice; doing, seeing and saying the most out-of-control things in the #1 comedy hypnosis show in Las Vegas.

2) Andy Walmsley – No other set designer in history has had designs reproduced internationally so extensively in television shows including : American Idol, So you think you can dance, Americas got talent, Brainiest kids, Winning lines, the Singing bee, and notably Who wants to be a millionaire,. Many of these shows have been recreated in over 100 countries world wide.

3) Catherine Hickland – Catherine is a entertainment industry powerhouse – a renowned singer, stage hypnotist, author, and actress best known for her role as Lindsay Rappaport on ABC’s One Life to Live.
