“Jeff, I wanted to personally thank you for lending your talents as Emcee for our second annual Orlando Chili Cook-Off on February 26, 2011. This was our first year having a professional Emcee and you jumped right in with almost no direction and did such a great job. Your idea to interact with our chili cooks and engage the crowd during the times you weren’t needed on stage introducing bands and giving out awards was perfect. We had several sponsors comment on what an asset you were and that you truly brought a level of professionalism to our event.
