“I was introduced to Jeff Civillico’s Comedy in Action show on a Disney vacation where he provided an unforgettable performance.    When I discovered he leads interactive team building workshops in addition to his comedy show I knew Jeff was just what we needed to enhance our new Resident Physician orientation.

I spoke with Jeff prior to the event about our organization and what we hoped to achieve during the day through his sessions.    On the day of the event he was able to easily jump in between talks of policies and procedure, giving everyone a lighthearted break and a chance to laugh…a lot.   He combined topics of communication and life balance with hands on juggling lessons.   Now we have not only a group of new physicians, but we also have a few “carnies” on our team.
