I had a great time this morning talking about tonight’s Headliners Bash with Krystal Allan. I wasn’t kidding either – Mom and Dad are in town for Headliners Bash, so you know it’s going to be a great show if they flew in all the way from Philly! I hope everyone can make it. All the proceeds go directly to Win Win Entertainment to help us produce all our events for the next year.
I guest hosted Valley View Live today, which is always a blast. Dave Scott, from the Australian Bee Gees, joined me to talk about Headliners Bash. It’s coming up quickly and you don’t want to miss it this year because it’s a going to be a huge event!
I started making the rounds today to talk about the upcoming Headliner’s Bash. Brian was a great sport too, always a good time with news anchors! Headliner’s Bash is Win Win Entertainment’s annual fundraiser. It provides our non-profit with funds so we can continue to give back to the community and other non-profits next year.
While shooting a segment for KTNV’s “Backstage Pass”, I had the opportunity to get in the kitchen with Executive Chef Rick Moonen at RM Seafood in the Mandalay Bay Las Vegas. In addition to juggling cutlery – ignoring the advice of my mother who always told me not to play with the dishes – I was able to get some really great tips from Chef Rick. Take a look…
That salmon was insane! And if you could eat awesome, that would be those lentils. Chef Rick clearly shows why he was on Bravo’s Top Chef!
Thank you for the chance to cook with you Check Rick, and thank you to Nite Tours of Las Vegas for making that culinary connection possible.
Happy 2015 everybody!
I also spent a few minutes with Reed Abplanalp-Cowan of Las Vegas NBC News 3 where we almost huggled. Reed did a great job showing me his incredible juggling skills and making me toss strange objects into the air… that tiara was quite pointy.
That shoe really did smell by the way.
Thanks again to Reed and all of the folks at NBC News 3. And here’s to an amazing 2015!
