The Flamingo Golf Offerings

The Flamingo is one of Las Vegas’ most historically rich and diverse casinos.  Bugsy Siegel’s dream from the mid-40’s has grown in to a pleasure center with offerings that span far beyond the walls of the building.  If you are looking to spend some time outside away from the slots, blackjack, and craps tables you need go no further than the concierge in the main lobby of the hotel for information.

As you walk up to the desk Gary Mascitelli, the tee time and scheduling guru for The Flamingo, will warmly greet you.  You can expect him to give you detailed and friendly information on the casino’s two courses: Rio Secco (dry river in Spanish) or Cascata. The Flamingo

If you are looking for a more casual experience or are on a budget The Flamingo‘s Rio Secco is your way to go.  The full 18-hole course was ranked #1 in public courses in Nevada and is located within the rolling foothills of the Black Mountain range.  It is extremely accessible as it rests only twelve minutes outside of the Strip.  Want to take your game to the next level?  You can schedule a lesson or two at the Butch Harmon School of Golf located on site!

For those who desire an elite golfing experience The Flamingo’s Cascata course is for you. Ranked amongst the top 100 courses within the country and #2 within Nevada this par-72 course will, for lack of better words, take your breath away.

I highly recommend visiting Gary at The Flamingo’s concierge for scheduling tee times, as he will ensure you the best deals and rates.

Visit The Flamingo’s golfing website for more information regarding these courses.
